All staff in our Mary Poppins team are qualified to Level 3 or above and hold current DBS Enchanced Disclosures. All staff are trained and hold a relevant certificates in paediatric First aid, Child protection, Baby sign, Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, FGM, Managing positive behaviour and Food hgyiene. We have a trained and designated SENco (Special Education Needs Co-ordinater).
We have a comprehensive training programme to provide ongoing training.
We take great pride that we do not have a high staff turnover. Each room has at least one member of staff that has been at Mary Poppins Day Nursery for in excess of 5 years.
